How we score: every brand is sampled the same way - a representative set of verified Google reviews across real outlets, not the highest- or lowest-rated ones. The experience score is the measured share of positive (4-5 star) reviews in that sample. Real Google star ratings are shown unchanged. A brand needs at least 100 reviews analysed to be eligible for the #1 rank or "Top rated" badge - the same rule for every brand - so a brand with only a handful of reviews can't outrank an established one by chance. Brands below that threshold still show their real score, just not ranked #1. Full details on our Methodology page.
We sample a representative set of verified Google reviews for each brand, using the same method for every brand, then calculate an Experience score from the measured share of positive (4-5 star) reviews. See our Methodology page for full details.
The Experience score is the percentage of positive (4-5 star) reviews found in a brand's review sample. It is calculated the same way for every brand, shown alongside their real, unaltered Google star rating.
A brand needs at least 100 reviews analysed to be eligible for the #1 rank or "Top rated" badge. This stops a brand with only a handful of reviews from outranking an established brand purely by chance.

Ratings and review samples are refreshed periodically as new data is collected. Each brand page shows its current Google rating and review count.
