Honestly, this was a very disappointing experience. The management doesn’t seem professional, and internal politics appear to matter more than fairness or actual work. The overall work culture feels unhealthy and poorly managed. Based on what I experienced, I would strongly suggest others think carefully before getting involved with this company.

Hi used Laundryheap in Amsterdam for their laundry delivery service. I lost all of my laundry I gave to them because of their terrible service. All of their advertising (flyer at my hotel and on their website) said it was a 24 hr turnaround. Yet when I booked online, there was no 24 hr option so I assumed it was implied. After two days, my laundry still had not been returned. My stay at my hotel ended, and I needed to move to another hotel. I contacted the 3 times to request that the laundry be delivered to the new hotel. I was told it could not because it was “too far from their facility”. Yet my new hotel was only 24 mins from my old hotel, and the new hotel was next to Amsterdam central station - literally the most popular place in the city. So now the laundry is at my old hotel. I did not have time to pick it up as I don’t have a car and would have missed my flight. So now I have lost my laundry. Their company has delivery drivers. All they had to do was send them 24 mins from my hotel to the new hotel near Amsterdam Central. They should not advertise 24 hrs in locations where that is a lie. They should have compassion for travelers without vehicles. They should operate a business that can reach Amsterdam Central, which is the most popular place in the city. And they should compensate their customers when they cause them to lose their laundry because of all the above.

the company is so low on values they don’t care about the customers at all. They lost our garment and haven’t responded back to us till now it’s been over months and denied any services to us after that The customer care is as useless as trash all he say i will get back to you

Totally poor service. Gave my laundry on Saturday morning and haven’t received it till Monday evening, promised time was 48 hours. They do not take all types of clothes so you will eventually have to wash your own clothes, also rates are not worth the service.

Collection boys steal stuff when you have multiple items because the bill is not provided at home but when they receive it. They send the bill later on WhatsApp. I just lost one of my expensive t-shirts. They do a good job but leave clothes with them at your own risk. That ways, Washo is much better and professional.

Bad service and beware from hello wash they don't take care on clothes i given my 2 white shirts 1 shirt is damaged in shop it seems rats were there and they simply answered as we don't know how the damage was happened and second shirt given me after 2 months.

Really very bad experiance the worest service better to not give any thing again very poor no one will respond for the call we have to call them many times for the status they wont call and they wint respond for the calls also some idiot texted me in wats up while picking up my order again when i texted him abt the order he is saying that these is my personal number dont text to these num very worest it's my 7th day I gave the cloths on 1st may till now it not yet deliver and the prices also very high and not evn thn wash the cloths properly jst they will pack then very worest washing and ironing tooo bad not evn 1star deserves but to write the review I have to give at least one star other wise not evn one star I think these many positive ratings are there but all are fake the worte theirselfs it's not customer reviews

Bad quality Service & Response: Being new to Hyderabad , I trust Hellowash all my and my wifes party ware cloths .When I gave I told them clearly that can they able to remove Mehandi and Haldi strains from my and my wifes saree.They promised yes and took all ...Finally they gave back in same fashion by claiming that nothing can be removed.In between all these process they spoiled my wifes blouse .After many follow ups they mend and proudly informed as if they did a great favor..All together they are scammers...I spend close to 4000 INR for making all these things done..finally result was too bad..please ignore them and their service if you really want to protect your cloth and memories with your cloth...They are big time cheaters and if you ask they will give you hell lot of excuses..
