These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LaundryReview ("the Service"), operated by LaundryReview. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. You may close your account at any time.
You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, comments, votes - "User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that User Content on the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content.
By posting, you warrant that your contribution is your own genuine, first-hand experience; is truthful and not misleading; and does not infringe any third party’s rights, breach confidence, or contain unlawful, defamatory, or private information.
Some content displays real, attributed customer reviews collected from public Google Business Profiles, shown in full and unedited. Ratings shown are the businesses’ real public ratings; we do not alter them.
We may pre-moderate, decline, or remove content that breaches these Terms or our Community Guidelines, and we act on valid legal orders. To report content or request removal, use our Contact form. We aim to acknowledge reports within 24 hours.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. User Content reflects the views of the people who posted it, not us; we do not verify and are not responsible for its accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising from the Service is limited. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims and losses arising from your User Content or your breach of these Terms.
Brand names and logos referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and honest comparison. The Service’s own design and content are protected by applicable law.
We may update these Terms or suspend/terminate accounts that breach them. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
