How we sample reviews, calculate scores, and decide rankings - the same rules for every brand.
Every brand is sampled the same way: a representative set of verified Google reviews across real outlets for that brand, not selected for being the highest- or lowest-rated. Real Google star ratings are shown exactly as published - we do not alter them.
The Experience score is the measured share of positive (4-5 star) reviews in that brand's sample. It is calculated identically for every brand from the same underlying data - there is no adjustment, weighting, or cap applied to any single brand's headline score.
A brand needs at least 100 reviews analysed to be eligible for the #1 rank or "Top rated" badge - the same threshold for every brand. This prevents a brand with only a handful of reviews from outranking an established brand purely due to a small, noisy sample. Brands below the threshold still display their real score and rating everywhere on the site; they are simply not eligible for the top rank.
Where shown, per-category scores (cleaning quality, pickup & delivery, app & booking, pricing, staff & support) and individual review text are drawn from the same verified review sample. Reviews are shown in full, exactly as posted publicly on Google.
We do not accept payment for placement or ranking, and we do not alter, summarise, or selectively omit a brand's real Google rating.
