Pick My Laundry Reviews

I had a very bad experience with Pick my laundry. It was horrible to see same person handling dirty and unwashed clothes when customer arrives and without washing his hands or using any sensitization same person started working on washed and clean clothes. This was one part another part was the wash cycles clothes are mixed with others which is again not at all hygienic and this guy even added stuff like socks and undergarmens with normal clothes. Absolute disappointment.

Wrost service only money making i have given one pair chudidar for dry cleaners after collected from this Shop dirt is like Same as I have given before washing when asked that guy he's telling no guarantees for dirt then y they are collected 300 rupees for this set waste of money and time

I gave my pair of jeans for laundry, since they were closed on Wednesday they said they will give it by Thursday and when I went on Thursday to pick it up they said it was not ready and to come in the evening .When I went in the evening ,they were closed.The next day when I went to pick it up ,they gave excuses that the washer man's father died ,and laughingly handed me the jeans back.The employees were least concerned about the customers and showed irresponsible behaviour. If informed earlier ,I could have got it washed elsewhere but they were concerned about their profits.Worst laundry available!!!!!!!!!!!

They deliver on time when you are a new customer, later V bad service. Recently their place caught fire and none of my clothes was found. Now they refuse to respond and not compensating either. They washed my shoes and gave it in a cover without drying it. I had not opened it for few days. Once i opened only then I realise it was still moist and kinda started giving an odour. V v bad service. Don't give ur clothes here at Pick my laundry 😡

Pathetic and just the worst laundry service I’ve ever set foot in. Please do not give your clothes in here if you want them to be delivered on time. They take 5-6 days to wash and iron your clothes and even after 5 days they haven’t completed the job satisfactorily. It’s just frustrating to ask wether the order have been completed or not again and again. Kindly improve your service rather than give false promises.

None of the shirts were iron properly they send it in a potli of dustbag in 1 single plastic all got crushed wat was d benefit of us spending money on laundry dry clean iron if its gonna stay all crumbled, horrible staff took 2 days extra we coperated on that as well but see the photos for understanding that reviews are managed!

I gave the laundry looking at full 5 star rating. They took more than 48 hours promised. 53 hours finally after lot of follow up. When they finally came to deliver then they missed 1 cloth and forgot the bag that was given along. They returned the bag but still we lost 1 piece of clothing.

They are terrible with their delivery timings. I had to make three trips and make 5 phone calls to get my goods back. They have not cleaned shoes properly. I could have done that myself better. They did a decent job on rucksacks I must agree.

Located in a prime location in Jayanagar. The staff is friendly and polite. I am very pleased with the way my laundry was handled, especially how neatly it was packed and delivered. I highly recommend this place to get your laundry cleaned 👍
