i had the worst experience with this dry cleaning service. they picked up my 4 curtains on may 28th, but they didn't even send my order details until june 3rd. the communication was highly unprofessional—i had to call every day just to get an update because they rarely answered, and when they did, the person was incredibly rude. he promised a 3-4 day turnaround, but they weren't delivered until june 6th. to make matters worse, every single curtain was delivered damp and covered in dirt, which was not the case when i handed them over. they completely ruined them. i highly recommend everyone avoid this place; they will just damage your items.

So friends, today I will tell you about a scam of tumble dry, these people are so useless, they told them to wash and sent the folding, wash and ironing did not matter, after that what did these people do, they got it dry cleaned, this is called bill scam and this is the situation when we are their regular customers, it happened when we asked to update the bill but the taking behaviour of these people changed, they made us talk on the phone, their way was very useless, not at all polite, stay away from such scams, be alert bill scam tumbledry

Extremely poor service and owner is very rude and they don't even wash it properly. Don't even know what is drycleaning and normal wash. They do only normal wash, and charge for drycleaning. Not recommended to anyone. Try somewhere else. Avoid them.

Worst Worst Worst Dealer phone number is switched off since 2 days. No communications from the Dealer nor the tumble dry support team. Their escalation team is just sleeping. Customer care team will just repeat that our escalation team will call you but they are making fool. I have raised 5 times complain - where is the delivery But they continued to tell me (ho jayega sir plz wait karlo) Won’t suggest next time Screen shot from WhatsApp has been attached which shows lack of communication.

[UPDATE] Still the worst store for Tumbledry and a very dangerous one at that. After mutliple escalations and assurance by the escalation team that I will receive the service with the coupon and outmost care will be taken of my items, I reluctantly agreed to get service from this store. I was supposed to get my products delivered back to me on 13th April and it was ready but the same arrogant store Manager called me threatened me that my products won't get delivered until I remove my review. When I said like I haven't written anything wrong just what happened with me he disconnected the call. On 16th I called the store again to deliver my products. The manager still said that he'll not deliver until I take down my review. On contacting the customer care I get the same response that they are unable to contact the store and a complaint has been registered and escalated. Seeing no resolution, I personally go to the store and collect my items. Even then the manager shamelessly asks me to take down my review. Worst store for tumbledry. Arrogant people who doesn't even know company rules are running this place. I have an active package which is applicable in all other stores is apparently not applicable here. Called the customer care they specifically said that all packages are applied to all 1600 stores and they scheduled a pickup from their end. They even tried calling the store but they were unreachable all 3 timesThey didn't pay heed to that not come for pick-up. Upon calling the customer care they rescheduled it again and even called the store but as usual they were unreachable. I personally called up the store. The person who picked up rudely told me to get it serviced by the customer care and that they will not pick up the order.

Worst service and from the local store who was allocated by tumble dry and even tumble dry customer care team is pathetic than any. Never try and damage your fabric for dry clean they are just washing and ironing it and calling it dry clean. When shared a concern they closed the ticket stating it's ironing issue alone. For a dry clean cost they have done general wash and iron which is also worst

I am not happy with the kinda service provided. The rates per kilo increased from 140-160 in one month which is way too high for everyday clothes. On a few occassions, the set of clothes delivered were not mine. 60 clothes of some other individual. Thank goodness the other person did not complain. Multiple follow ups required for a doormat which was delivered separately.

I gave my curtains to dryclean but it seems that they have not drycleaned it ….stains were as it is…i told them to do again but this time my all curtains got shrink a lot…they charged me 5k for this and not taking responsibility for any damage..highly unprofessionalism and rude behaviour…i will never ever go for tumbledry again and also ask my nearones to not to try

Not happy with the service at all. This is the first time a shoe laundry company has not even bothered to tie the laces back into the shoes, it’s left to the customer fully. To top it all off, the laces of one of my shows was misplaced. Pretty expensive and not worth it

This laundry charged me 85 rupees per kilo for wash and fold. However, they didn’t fold my clothes properly. I plan to add two images: one of how they folded it and another showing how it should be folded. Despite taking three days and charging this much, they didn’t deliver a proper fold. The experience was bad, and even their ironing wasn’t neat. Very uneven folding overall.

Extremely poor experience with Tumbledry highly disappointed with the service and customer handling. I gave my white shoes for cleaning on 9th March (Monday) and after pickup there was zero communication. No confirmation that the item even reached their facility. I had to call multiple times just to check the status. I was told shoe cleaning takes 2–3 days, yet delivery commitments kept changing. On Thursday I was promised delivery nothing happened. On Friday I was assured delivery between 6–8 PM, so I cancelled my plans and waited at home. I received just one missed call, returned it immediately, and was told delivery failed because I didn’t pick up. Completely unprofessional handling. After long follow-ups, the shoes were finally delivered and the worst part is the cleaning was not done properly at all. The stains are still clearly visible, almost the same as before cleaning. I paid for professional service and received careless work instead. Poor communication, false delivery promises, wasted customer time, and unacceptable cleaning quality. This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Would not recommend Tumbledry Velachery unless service standards and accountability improve drastically.

Folks in Hyderabad, never order from this shitty service. One of the delivery person told us if we pay 5000 up front, we will get a 10 percent discount for service, so in hindsight thinking about the no of times we are going to avail the laundry service, we paid the required amount with assurance that delivery would be provided in 3-5 days max. Initial service was well and good, since then the delivery person ghosted us for a week saying he will come and pick up, we even initiated the pick up through their app but to of no response. Today he picks up and says he will pick it up but can delivery it only after 8 days. So we practically said this can’t be done since it’s already been 10 days we started calling for pick up, now you tell us it will take another 8 days, refund us the amount we paid initially taking back their 10 percent discount for the initial order, the person handling the Kondapur branch was very rude on call and even threatened us with saying we can’t do anything, so putting it out here for the folks who go want to avail their service. Stay away

I had given these shoes to clean on 21 feb 2026 and had received after first wash on 26 feb 2026. When I received I was very unhappy with their service and had taken without unwrapping the shoes to their store and complaint about their seryeas not upto mark. The person told me that he will give one more try to remove the dirt which was not removed in the first place. I had given again to rewash hoping that it will be done right the second time. I got to the store today and received the shoes in the same condition as I have attached the photos below. Iam not very satisfied with the cleaning that have done for 328rs. I would have done better job than these at my home itself using home products. The quality which they assured us on advertising their brand is a scam. Please guys do not fell for their advertisement which they show their quality of doing the shoes cleaning is below standards which we normally do at our home.... Please think before giving them their shoes....😐😐

I recently gave my jacket to Tumble Dry – Velachery for dry cleaning, and I’m quite disappointed with the service. The jacket was returned with visible dirt still present on the sleeves, which clearly shows that it was not cleaned properly. The whole point of dry cleaning is to remove stains and handle garments carefully, especially delicate fabrics. Unfortunately, in this case neither happened. I hope the management at Tumble Dry Velachery pays more attention to quality checks before returning clothes to customers. I would appreciate it if the team could look into this issue and provide a proper resolution.

NEVER GIVE YOYR SHOES TO THEM!! Gave 5 pairs of shoes out of which 1 pair came back torn and the other marks were not removed. When asked the staff conveniently switched off their phone and are not responding. Is this the kind of service! Shoes are expensive and we pay for the cleaning, not for them to be torn!! Very poor service & quality!!

Very worst customer service. Better don't trust this tumble dry. They won't give in time . More delays. Very worst service is they attend our calls till getting order but after that we never get any response from their side. Worst case is they never attend our calls. Very bad service and extremely disappointing experience. I gave my white shoes (worth ₹7000) for cleaning and paid ₹300 expecting professional work, but they completely ruined them. After cleaning, my shoes came back with black stains and discoloration on the white parts. I complained and they cleaned the shoes again, but the stains were still there and the condition of the shoes did not improve. It feels like they don’t have proper expertise for shoe cleaning and don’t handle expensive items carefully. Waste of money and time. I strongly do NOT recommend giving valuable items here unless you are ready to risk damage.

Extremely poor service and zero professionalism. I submitted my suede leather shoes for cleaning, and they have been damaged beyond repair. They do not have the required expertise. The finishing was terrible, the texture is gone, and the shoes are completely spoiled. Delivery was also late with no proper communication. Not recommended at all.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. I gave my shoes for dry cleaning with the expectation that stains would be properly removed and the shoes would be handled professionally. However, the stains were not removed neatly, and instead, new stains appeared—likely due to improper use of chemicals. In addition to the poor quality of cleaning, the delivery was delayed, which further reflects unprofessionalism and lack of commitment to customer service. The staff did not meet basic service standards, and the overall experience was disappointing. This is unacceptable for a paid service. I strongly request accountability, improvement in service quality, and appropriate corrective action for this worst experience.

Worst and most unprofessional dry cleaners ever. Have had to scrap so many clothes because of lack of training their people and poor chemicals used. And, it is not limited to just one location/city. Most recent negligence being spilling bleech on a shirt meant for dry cleaning.

Tumble Dry, Kondapur – Poor Experience I was charged around ₹2,700 for express service for 8 clothes. Despite this, 2 garments still had stains after the service. When I questioned this, I was told the stains could not be removed. I requested them to take back only those two pieces for rework, but instead they insisted on taking all the clothes back. Additionally, the pickup was not done for the first two days, and when the delivery finally happened, the delivery person—Rohit—was rude and unprofessional. Overall, the service was disappointing and not worth the price.
