Very very poor in service. They once damaged my sweat shirt and this time misplaced some clothes. They cannot track where they missed it. They waited until i paid the money, checked the clothes and when I complained of missing clothes then only telling me they missed it somewhere and they will pay some part as compensation. Do yourself a favor and give your clothes to a better vendor.

Avoid UClean Laundry if you can! The quality of service was extremely poor. There seems to be no care or guarantee that your items will be handled safely. On top of that, prices are excessively high—apparently just because the shop is located in Blue Ridge. The service and results are no better than any small roadside laundry shop, and in fact, those might actually do a better job. If you need something done urgently, there are plenty of other options around Blue Ridge. Many services will even pick up your clothes from your home and deliver them the same day—just do a quick Google search. Definitely not worth the money or the risk. I would not recommend UClean Laundry service to anyone.

Absolutely the worst laundry service I have ever used. Destroyed all my white clothes with blue colour and after taking them back to make it right, spilled chemical on the tshirts and destroyed it. Also the other clothes given by them were so badly creased, I wash them better at home. Would not recommend anyone to give your clothes here, I was also visited this facility, the way they handle your clothes is absolutely the worst. I called everyday for 1month to get refund, finally they refunded only 250rs for a 3500rs tshirt they spoiled. Also made me delete my Google review to get the refund, which is extremely unethical. On their bill fine print they mention only 10x of amount will be refunded that you had paid them any particular item if it is spoiled. Do not use this service.

Very worst Service. They are serving amount basis only 3 days before I had service to them and my one dress was missing, another person dress was mistakenly arrived to me., it's okay after that, handle this issue very lethargic and irresponsibly, I was facing the problem last 3 days itself and also I am continuously following them and they are not taking the issue seriously. She's telling daily after 7 PM you call me will update you., still now not given the proper solutions. Customer service is zero from there side.

Highly uncourteous staff. Always on toes to disrespect customers and speak rudely. Even on trying to be reconciliatory, they behave as if they don't give two damn about the business. Slam it on your face - if you want to give then give or else go elsewhere.

Absolute worst experience .!! My wedding dress, which I had given in may and had not opened. Cause I didn’t have another chance to wear it. Just opened it recently and it had these blue stains all over. Called them and asked for help. Not only did they take no accountability, not even an apology, forget about trying to get a refund or compensation. Would never recommend this to anyone.

If you want your expensive shoes to be cleaned look somewhere else. I gave my white Nike sneakers to be cleaned and I don't know what they did but when I received it was still wet, smelling like shit and there was fungus build up. Thought that they were professional cleaners but now lesson learnt.

Last time I liked the service so this time I gave 2 pairs of shoes for laundry. When I complained about my white shoes being returned dirty and it’s not clean, I didn’t get a satisfactory response. Seems like they just packed it and returned back and I got charged ₹300 for the same. Disappointed.

Horrible experience. Don't ever go here. They have no respect for customers time. They handle clothes very poorly. My clothes went missing and the staff didn't do anything about it. Despite me going to the store and calling endless times. Horrible service. Much better service is available with local vendors at a better price.

Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive .took 4 days instead of 2 and that too I had to go and pick up the clothes myself, they wouldn't deliver it back. Moreover they lost one of my trousers even after taking 4 days. Wouldn't use their services ever again.

Very poor service. The staff doesn't respond to calls and leaves the store unattended for personal work during work hours. They do not deliver on time. I was told that the items will be home delivered but they did not deliver for a week even after i received the call that it is ready. As I was leaving town for a few days I has to get my shoes back wet from them as they failed to clean it in time for the delivery date. Even had to put them in the dryer at home as they were dripping water everywhere. Worthless paying so much for this kind of service.

Had a very bad experience in terms of customer service. The clothes were delivered 20 days late. After multiple follow ups also did not get my clothes. Finally i had to go to store to get and when i asked the staff that i want to talk to owner, after all this they had the audacity to say that owners dont talk to customers. Pathetic service

Very poor service. Cleaning is good. No respect of time commitments. If you can pick and drop on your own and can wait at the shop for half an hour then perfect else pathetic. Home delivery, don’t even think about, in-fact you can think if you can afford to wait for a month for your stuff or can remind them every 2 days then you might get on time. Else waitttttt….
