I had a very disappointing experience with this laundry service. I gave my clothes for washing, but they were returned in worse condition than before. When I raised the issue, they said that only cuff and collar cleaning is done in laundry and stain removal is part of dry cleaning. However, this was never informed to me when I gave the clothes. The overall cleaning quality was poor, and there was no proper solution provided for the issue. I would suggest the service provider clearly inform customers about what is included in laundry and what requires dry cleaning to avoid such problems.

Be very cautious when giving your valuable items for drycleaning at this place. My brand new, one month old sneakers were totally ruined. They were delivered in a distorted shape with wrinkles on the vamp. I have been using their laundry for quite sometime hence I trusted this place but the quality of service they have given is horrible. They even refused to accept theri mistake, let alone giving me a compensation. Use this service at your own risk. Definitely not recommended.

Very bad service! Worst laundry service ever made in Mohali you will ever find! They loose your clothes and then misbehave with you if you put allegations on them! And they have different prices for the same service first they tell you that it's 90 rupees per kg of clothes and then they come to a bargain where they even take 60 rupees per kg so please don't get misguided from them they bloody don't even deserve 20 rupees for their services!
